more pizza
I spent $12.00 for lunch today. That's $20 in the last two days for food. I'll need to lower that! All money I've spent since the first day on here has been for food. The $2.12 was for 2 double cheeseburgers at McDonald's. I'm having leftovers tonight.

Score one for the savers! I didn't buy anything today. There's still an hour left to go but I don't plan on buying anything. :-)

Hello World!
Hello World!

I've grown tired of the society that I live in where consumption is out of control and almost everyone has a hard time making ends meet. How is it that athletes can make tens of thousands of dollars for each GAME they play while most people won't make that much money in an entire year? Do we really need all of the stuff that we buy?

Would you like to fight back against consumerism and inspire others to do the same? Can you go a day without buying anything? If so, go ahead and post when you do it on here.

I'd like to inspire people to go a virtual year without buying anything. That is, I'd like to have 365 people buy nothing for a day each. We will have an effect! There's power in numbers!

Let's inspire others!
